QUALITY AND PRODUCTION

Our products are produced on computer-controlled production lines by processes certified by Lloyd's. All products are based on developments carried out in our own laboratories. Many of our products are resulting from close cooperation with our customers.

Production is continuously monitored by our laboratory. Raw materials and manufacturing facilities are checked and inspected at regular intervals. In this way Lungmuß Feuerfest guarantees a consistently high quality level of the refractory materials supplied.

We are producing the materials "to order". Based on the flexible structure of a medium-sized company we can offer quick reaction times and customer-specific adaptation of product formulations to the requirements of a particular application.

First ISO certification according certification standard 9001:1994 took place in 1994.

In 2003 the system was converted to satisfy standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
